I had sent two emails to d2h customer care regarding subscription matter. It is on monthly basis. I paid Rs.500/- 16.12.2019. Now they are threatening to stop viewing unless recharged on 4.1.2020which means after 18 days. I asked them to remve add ons which
are costly but whole amount is concumed. I am not interested in HD channels. I requested them to charge only for channels mentioned by me plus free channels But sorry to say they are silent on my mails and are not replying hence this complaint. They are just consuming time to charge on 4.1.2020. I had sent mail well in advance but to no avail. Sorry and pity service by customer care
